Can My Family Stay With Me?
We know that having family or friends with you can ease stress for our patients so at North Cypress, family and friends are always welcome. For safety reasons, up to two guests are allowed in the department at any given time. Guests may be asked to step out during certain procedures. We ask that all patients and their guests please respect the privacy of others.
Where can I park?
Free valet parking is available for the Emergency Room and is located on the east side of the hospital at the Emergency Room entrance, under the covered drive-through. Free parking is also available at the front of the hospital. The campus parking garage is available for a nominal fee.
Where can I place my valuables?
We recommend that you have a friend or relative look after all valuables while being treated in the Emergency Department. The hospital will not take responsibility for any items that have not been formally received for safekeeping by security staff.
Where can I get my prescriptions filled?
Upon discharge from the Emergency Room, medication may be prescribed. For your convenience, the North Cypress Village Pharmacy is located next door to the main Emergency Room, in Professional Building II, on the first floor. For more information please contact, 832.912.6210.

Can I use my phone or camera?
Cell phones are allowed within the hospital but we ask all patients and their guests to please be considerate of others and refrain from using their phones along the corridors and hallways. Phone calls should be limited to guest rooms and visitor areas. The use of cameras or recording devices is prohibited.
Code of Behavior
We adhere to a strict code of behavior to ensure a safe and friendly environment for patients, visitors and staff. No acts of violence, swearing, threats or other verbal abuse toward anyone will be tolerated. An initial warning will be given before violators are escorted from the premises by Security/Police.
